First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit Extension

Currently, this is set to expire on 11/30. The US Senate just passed a proposal to extend it through next spring, and expand who qualifies. Now it’s on to the House to get their take.
If you’re concerned about the housing market in New Hampshire, please contact your US Rep and ask that they support an extension of the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit.
